IT Support Associate – Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon is looking for an IT Support Associate to join the Fulfillment Center operations team. You will be the first level of technical support, helping internal customers resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network engineering, troubleshooting, and data cabling tasks.
• Provide project management support and mentor Technical Support Technicians.
• Administer systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Manage telecom/PBX administration and conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Maintain Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
• Assist in daily departmental activities and support the overall IT operations of the Fulfillment Center.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.

Required skills

• 1+ years of corporate support for Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
• Network engineering and data cabling knowledge.
• Systems administration and telecom/PBX administration.
• Root‑cause analysis and documentation.
