IT Security & Infrastructure Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead information security operations across our corporate and plant environments in Surat. The role combines vulnerability management, endpoint protection, SIEM monitoring, network security, and identity & access management to safeguard critical assets and ensure audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, coordinate patching and remediation for application servers.
• Maintain organization‑wide endpoint protection using CrowdStrike Falcon and ensure full EDR coverage.
• Monitor SIEM alerts, investigate malware, phishing and other security incidents in partnership with Corporate IT.
• Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN configurations for both plant and corporate sites.
• Deploy and operate security tools such as EDR, DLP and encryption solutions, and liaise with third‑party vendors for updates and support.
• Maintain and update IT security policies, prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Perform periodic IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle user provisioning/de‑provisioning, enforce RBAC and MFA, and conduct access audits.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and distribute best‑practice guidance to employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant hands‑on experience in IT security, vulnerability management and identity & access management.
