IT Recruiter – End-to-End IT & SAP Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technology positions, with a focus on SAP roles, for our clients in Jaipur. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for IT and SAP positions, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to SAP hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to source, assess and close technical positions.
