IT Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring for Technical Roles

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while supporting our growth across multiple geographies and client bases.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist IT candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, including interview coordination and candidate follow‑up.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and detail‑focused mindset.
