IT Project Manager – Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Project Manager to lead small‑to‑mid‑size software projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communications, scheduling, business requirements analysis, and testing.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project communications.
• Manage project resources, risks, acceptance criteria, and sign‑offs.
• Ensure high‑quality project documentation is delivered on schedule.
• Schedule and lead project team meetings, weekly status reports, and status meetings.
• Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary team members to keep requirements, deadlines, and schedules on track.
• Identify and resolve issues with project team members.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Develop and execute effective project communication plans.
• Coordinate creation of user manuals, training materials, and other implementation documents.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong understanding of software development life‑cycle models.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with traditional project management principles.
• Ability to blend Agile and traditional approaches to fit project and business needs.
