IT Project Manager I - IT Technology & Product Stewardship

About the role

This position is a key part of Momentive’s digital transformation, leading the design, development and support of customized ERP systems for the Technology function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global project teams to execute and support all IT Technology systems, including the transition from SAP to a custom‑built ERP platform.
• Collaborate with senior directors, Centers of Excellence and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, integrate, test and deploy ERP solutions.
• Drive user adoption through training, enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience leading design, implementation, configuration and support of enterprise ERP platforms.
• 3+ years of project or program leadership managing cross‑functional, global teams and external partners.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and strategic problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP and custom platforms).
• Knowledge of Java development, SQL databases and web application integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, SDLC and IT governance processes.
