IT Operations Engineer

About the role

The IT Operations Engineer will support and enhance Fictiv’s technology infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable access for employees and partners. Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, you will work closely with Cloud Infrastructure Operations to deliver network, security, and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain SaaS platforms (AWS, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Microsoft 365, Slack, Iru MDM) within Microsoft Entra.
• Develop automation workflows for alerting, monitoring, and reporting security threats.
• Deploy and maintain networking services (WAN, LAN, VPC) using Cisco Meraki and FortiGate equipment.
• Configure site security and facility access controls with Avigilon video monitoring.
• Design, deploy, and manage SIEM solutions for threat detection and SOC 2 compliance.
• Maintain hardware inventory, provisioning, and surplus tracking.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Trade School.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or DevSecOps, with a solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+/Cloud+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Entra Administrator preferred.
• Experience configuring medium/large‑scale Entra environments (3+ years) and administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack for 1,000+ users.
