About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team to diagnose client challenges, design innovative solutions and drive successful deployments. You will contribute to proposals, configure products, and lead small‑scale projects that deliver measurable client value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer issues, diagnose problem areas and design tailored solutions.
• Develop and own sections of proposal documents and provide solution design input.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots and resolve design queries.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Lead small projects and support unit‑level initiatives to ensure high‑quality, value‑adding outcomes.

Required profile

• Ability to create value‑driving strategies and models for client growth.
• Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of financial processes, pricing models and project budgeting.
• Experience assessing current processes, identifying improvements and recommending technology solutions.
• Domain knowledge in one or two industry sectors, client‑facing skills and project/team management capabilities.
