IT Consulting – Identity & Security Solutions

About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team as an IT Consultant focused on identity, security and network solutions. You will work across project phases—from problem definition and effort estimation to design, deployment and post‑implementation support—helping clients advance their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Research alternatives, conduct literature surveys, evaluate vendors and build proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) for recommended solutions.
• Create detailed functional designs, to‑be processes and requirement specifications.
• Configure and troubleshoot solutions on platforms such as Entra ID/AD, Zscaler, PKI, Auth0, CyberArk, proxies and firewalls.
• Diagnose root‑cause issues, seek clarifications and propose alternative solutions.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives that deliver high‑quality, value‑adding outcomes for customers.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Experience assessing current processes and recommending technology improvements.
• One or two industry domain knowledge areas are a plus.
