About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team as an IT Consulting Lead, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey. You will oversee engagements from problem definition through solution design, development, and deployment, ensuring high‑quality, value‑adding outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts and manage end‑to‑end consulting projects.
• Review and provide guidance on proposals prepared by consultants.
• Analyze client solutions to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Define and drive change‑management approaches using multiple communication mechanisms.
• Coach, train, and inspire team members, delivering subject‑matter expertise in focus areas.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives while adhering to company guidelines and processes.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking across industries.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and collaborative mindset.
• Domain knowledge in two to three industry sectors.
• Understanding of financial processes, project pricing models, and client interfacing.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
