C/C++ Developer – Client-Facing Software Engineer

About the role

As a member of the Infosys delivery team, you will work directly with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role focuses on developing and reviewing C/C++ code for networking and routing solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture.
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Lead and guide teams in developing optimized, high‑quality C/C++ code and maintain knowledge management practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in C and C++ programming.
• Experience with networking and routing technologies.
• Ability to work closely with clients and deliver high‑quality software solutions.
