About the role
Join Infosys' consulting team as an IT Consultant focused on network and information security. You will work across project phases, from problem definition and effort estimation to solution design, implementation, and validation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions, including literature surveys and vendor assessments.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts and detailed functional designs.
- Configure and troubleshoot network products, diagnose issues, and propose remediation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.
Required profile
- Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work with clients to refine and structure data.
- Awareness of current technology trends in networking and security.
- One or two industry domain knowledge areas.
Required skills
- Wireless technologies, standards and protocols.
- Network LAN and WAN, including switches and routers (Juniper).
- Load balancer technologies (F5).
- Routing technologies.
