IT Business Analyst – MIS Software

About the role

You will join the Airbus FHS organization supporting CAMO services and customer support. The position focuses on the Maintenance Information System (MIS) used for airline maintenance planning and aims to enhance digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document FHS business processes and workflows implemented in the MIS.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to advise business users on MIS usage.
• Resolve defects and support requests raised by key users.
• Participate in defining MIS evolutions and manage associated test campaigns.
• Produce functional specifications, user guides, admin guides, and test reports.
• Provide incident resolution and serve as a focal point for functional MIS questions.
• Contribute to data mapping on the Big Data Analysis Platform.

Required profile

• Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance (AME) or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance/MRO domain; experience with airline supply‑chain modules (procurement, inventory, material planning, stores/logistics) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to switch priorities quickly.
• English at negotiation level.
