IT and ERP Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT and ERP Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our computer infrastructure, network, and specialized software tools. The role combines traditional IT administration with design and procurement coordination, supporting both production and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and set up servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Manage LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN network infrastructure.
• Administer BlackBoxMail server and CCTV camera systems.
• Oversee PPMS software, handle data entry, and coordinate with programmers.
• Provide support and backup for CNC, SPM, and PLC‑based machines.
• Handle IT procurement, internet troubleshooting, and supplier coordination.
• Design product packaging using CorelDraw and Photoshop.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT systems administration and network management.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management software (e.g., PPMS).
• Ability to work with hardware and software used in CNC, SPM, and PLC environments.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing IT‑related purchases.
• Basic design skills for packaging creation.
