Senior Solution Architect - Service Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, development and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The role combines architecture‑focused responsibilities with hands‑on delivery, including workshops, integration design, custom application review and mentorship of developers and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, create technical specifications, integration points and data‑mapping documentation.
• Lead technical workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories, platform patterns and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, roadmaps, governance practices and coding standards.
• Oversee custom application development, automation frameworks, and provide hands‑on guidance for JavaScript, Glide APIs and Flow Designer.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server and ensure data integrity, security and performance.
• Define and mature CMDB/CSDM strategy, support Discovery, Service Mapping and improve data quality.
• Deliver multiple ServiceNow projects in an architectural or technical lead role, mentor teams and ensure upgrade‑safe solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 2‑3 years in an architect or lead consultant role (10+ years preferred for senior enterprise positions).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex business requirements, custom applications and integration issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work and communicate technical trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and mentorship capabilities.

• REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, eBonding, MID Server.
• Python and PowerShell for integration or migration scripting.
• Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps practices.
