IT Administrator – L2 (On-site, Mohali)

About the role

BuzzClan is seeking a proactive and technically strong IT Administrator (L2) to manage its on‑site IT infrastructure in Mohali. The role involves ensuring high availability of servers and networks, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering Level‑2/3 support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Configure, maintain and monitor virtualization platforms, storage solutions and scheduled data backups.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers, switches and firewalls; coordinate ISP connectivity and network upgrades.
• Provide Level‑2/Level‑3 support for hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365 and business applications, adhering to SLA targets.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, account permissions and device allocation; conduct end‑user training on IT systems and security awareness.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, deployments and lifecycle records.
• Implement and enforce security policies, manage antivirus/endpoint protection, perform vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents.
• Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning and optimise infrastructure based on business growth.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in IT administration (L2 level).
• Proactive, technically strong and able to join immediately or early.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in an on‑site environment.
