Inventory Executive – Thane (Immediate Joiners, 3+ yrs Experience)

About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Executive to join a leading manufacturing firm in Thane. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring movements, and supporting administrative tasks related to inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records with precision.
- Track inward and outward stock entries daily.
- Generate stock reports in Excel on a daily/weekly basis.
- Handle inventory accounting using Tally.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and accounts teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
- Assist in reconciling physical stock with system data.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in inventory or stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Prefer candidates based in Thane or nearby areas.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting).
- Working knowledge of Tally for inventory accounting.
What we offer
- Salary range of 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA.
- Full‑time, onsite position with a 9:30 am – 6:30 pm shift.
- Six‑day work week with Sunday off.
