Inventory Control Coordinator – APAC

About the role

As an Inventory Control Coordinator you will be at the heart of a fast‑moving manufacturing operation, ensuring inventory accuracy and uninterrupted product flow across the APAC region. You will lead cycle‑count programs, execute precise inventory transactions, and maintain tight control over material movement.

Key responsibilities

• Process inventory orders, log received and issued items, and move product between warehouse locations.
• Investigate daily warehouse inventory issues and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on cycle counts, inventory status, and accuracy.
• Complete SAP transactions with accurate entry and documentation.
• Maintain smooth and efficient inventory operations, enforcing FIFO/FEFO policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory movements.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory control principles.
• Forklift operation (certified).
