Inventory Analyst (Full-time, Mumbai)

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will join Bluer’s supply‑chain team in Mumbai, overseeing inventory operations to maintain accurate stock levels and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels across all product lines.
• Perform detailed inventory analysis and generate regular reports and forecasts.
• Manage inventory control systems and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate stock movements.
• Identify and recommend operational improvements based on analytical insights.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inventory analysis and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and inventory control skills.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in data management systems is an advantage.
