Purchasing Specialist

About the role

Envu is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support its global procurement function. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services across APAC, EMEA and NALA regions while maintaining compliance and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and orders for policy compliance, correct documentation, pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with requesters, approvers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure on‑time processing.
• Develop and maintain procurement content such as user guides, templates and training materials.
• Conduct supplier screening, maintain compliance records and manage vendor master data in the ERP system.
• Monitor and report on requisition and order processing status to support internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing operations, including requisition and order handling, supplier screening and vendor data management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
