Intune and SCCM Engineer – Endpoint Management

About the role

TCS is looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the migration and co‑management of Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting modern device management solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM) and SCCM (Configuration Manager) on a daily basis.
• Plan and execute SCCM‑to‑Intune migration and co‑management projects.
• Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device compliance policies.
• Configure and maintain security baselines, configuration profiles, and application delivery (Win32, LOB, Store, Web).
• Perform software distribution, patch management and release management.
• Provide desktop support, incident and problem management, and root‑cause analysis for major incidents.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience managing devices across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting (basic to intermediate).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
