International Telecaller – Business Development Executive

About the role

Vimalam is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to act as the primary liaison for its international clientele. The role blends client servicing, outbound calling, and data mining to expand the company’s overseas client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing foreign clients.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new international customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and generate business opportunities.
• Perform data mining to build and keep an accurate database of leads.
• Record client interactions, call logs, and follow‑ups in a CRM system.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, conversions, and client status.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (International English).
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or telecalling.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data mining or lead generation.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
