About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive jewelry export sales and expand our global footprint. The role requires a strong, established network within the worldwide jewelry industry and the ability to connect with key decision‑makers at buying offices, sourcing agencies, and retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified meetings with international buying offices and sourcing houses.
• Develop new business opportunities and secure export contracts for our jewelry products.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective global retail buying teams.
• Represent the company at international trade events and negotiate terms with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in jewelry exports and business development.
• Established network within buying offices, sourcing agencies, and global retail buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified meetings and close new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is mandatory.
