Internal Communications Consultant – HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to join our HR team in Pune. You will help shape and deliver internal communication programs that support employee experience and align with Fujitsu’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an India‑specific communications calendar aligned with global GD communication strategy.
• Plan, execute and monitor communication campaigns and events that reinforce employee experience initiatives.
• Create and disseminate messages about company initiatives, transformation projects and people‑development actions.
• Coordinate virtual and on‑site teams across lines of business to ensure consistent delivery of communication objectives.
• Continuously improve communication processes, stay within budget and adhere to organisational policies.
• Drive employee engagement through targeted internal communication initiatives.
• Respond quickly to ad‑hoc communication needs and adjust plans accordingly.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong understanding of communications principles and current business trends.
• Excellent project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to build relationships with HR, recruitment and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in corporate communications or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pune (relocation not supported).

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
