Internal Audit Risk Analytics Manager – GRC Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead internal audit risk analytics within its GRC Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role combines audit expertise with advanced analytics and emerging AI technologies to help clients assess governance, risk, and compliance across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services, including IA function setup, transformation, co‑sourcing and managed services.
• Leverage AI and risk‑technology tools to enhance audit processes and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to address the full spectrum of client risks.
• Support global shift work, including night/EMEA coverage as required.

Required profile

• Strong background in middle‑office or investment operations.
• Experience with trade lifecycle, reconciliations and settlements across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and corporate actions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GenAI/Agentic technologies such as AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct and DSPy.
• Familiarity with the Aladdin platform (preferred).
