Intern – Corporate Communications and Branding

About the role

Join AISATS as a Corporate Communications and Branding Intern in Mumbai, supporting the team in creating compelling content and visual assets that reflect the company’s voice and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and refine content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, emailers, social media posts, website copy and leadership messages.
• Create visual communication assets with Canva such as presentations, social media creatives, infographics, standees and basic marketing collateral.
• Support the development of press releases, media notes and editorials.
• Update website content and apply basic SEO practices to improve visibility.
• Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar and monitor LinkedIn engagement.
• Track performance metrics for LinkedIn and internal channels, helping build dashboards and reports.
• Research aviation, ground handling and logistics trends to inform content creation and thought leadership.
• Provide administrative support for communication campaigns and team initiatives.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (final‑year candidates preferred).
• Strong writing and editing abilities with an eye for tone and audience.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.
• Proactive, quick learner who can take direction and respond to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for content planning and community management.
