Intermediate Quality Engineer – French Tester

About the role

The Intermediate Quality Engineer – French Tester will lead testing activities for CIBC's contact‑center technologies. Working within the DCXT Contact Center Quality Engineering team, you will ensure that customer interaction platforms perform reliably, securely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain quality‑assurance processes for contact‑center applications.
• Develop robust testing frameworks and automation solutions to validate functionality, performance and compliance.
• Execute functional, regression and performance tests, reporting defects and tracking resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and business stakeholders to define test criteria and improve release quality.
• Continuously monitor and enhance testing practices to support operational efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in software quality engineering or testing.
• Fluent in French to create and execute test cases in the target language.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques and automation concepts.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
