Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

Atelier Noua is seeking a proactive Interior Site Supervisor to manage the execution of interior and architectural projects in Pune. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, coordination, and timely delivery of work on premium residential and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and maintain smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Monitor work quality and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Track progress, prepare daily site reports, and manage material availability.
• Conduct site measurements and validate completed work.
• Enforce safety standards and company guidelines.
• Liaise with the design team to resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in interior fit‑out or architectural site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Two‑wheeler preferred for site visits.
