Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

Builtiful Homes & Buildings is seeking a hands‑on Interior Site Supervisor to lead civil and interior fit‑out activities across multiple project sites in India. You will work directly with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure quality, safety and timely delivery of interior construction work.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil and interior fit‑out works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities of contractors, vendors and internal teams on site.
• Monitor quality standards, safety norms and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and material logs.
• Verify material quality and quantities, assist with billing, BOQs and measurements.
• Identify, escalate and resolve site‑level issues proactively.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of site supervision experience in commercial or residential civil and interior fit‑outs.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ) and site measurements.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full‑time on project sites and collaborate with senior engineers, project managers and the CEO.
