Interior Site Supervisor – Delhi

About the role

The Interior Site Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on civil projects in Delhi, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role bridges the gap between clients, engineers, and on‑site crews, enforcing safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to guide construction teams.
• Inspect ongoing work to verify compliance with project specifications and correct any structural or material issues.
• Educate workers on safety protocols, enforce PPE usage, and conduct regular hazard inspections.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and efficient use of materials, heavy machinery, and equipment.
• Assign daily tasks to laborers and subcontractors, track attendance, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain daily logs of progress, resource consumption, and potential delays for reporting to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management discipline.
• 3–5+ years of proven on‑site experience supervising construction personnel and subcontractors.
• Current health and safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or local equivalent) and basic first‑aid training.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with surveying and measuring tools.
• Experience using AutoCAD software.
