Insurance Telecaller

About the role

The Insurance Telecaller will manage both outbound and inbound calls to explain motor insurance products, renewals and add‑on services, and to answer customer queries about policies, coverage and claim processes. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with branch and dealership staff to ensure a smooth insurance experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote motor insurance and renewal options.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing clear information on policies, coverage and claim procedures.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, coordinate with sales and service teams, and assist in closing new policies and renewals.
• Achieve daily and monthly call‑volume and policy‑conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain insurance products clearly.
• Professional telephone etiquette, active listening and high‑volume call handling capability.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email and documentation tools.
• Negotiation ability focused on converting leads and meeting targets.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and follow‑up.
• Knowledge of motor insurance concepts is preferred; prior experience in insurance or automotive sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum education: Higher secondary qualification.
