Instock Account Specialist

About the role

Amazon is looking for a talented and analytical Instock Account Specialist to drive selection and in‑stock performance across its marketplace. You will play a key role in executing inventory strategies that enhance customer experience, sales, margin and inventory turns. The position requires strong analytical abilities, a focus on process improvement, and the capacity to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent in‑stock rates for the assigned category or region.
• Execute inventory strategies to optimize sales, turnover, and overall inventory health.
• Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as in‑stock rate, procurement lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy and days of cover.
• Forecast and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows, including purchasing and removal of unproductive stock.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows and processes that impact in‑stock performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven analytical skills with experience in process improvement and delivering results.
• Ability to work closely with retail and operations partners across the organization.
