Inside Sales Team Lead – Healthcare/HealthTech

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Team Lead to join a fast-growing healthcare startup. The role involves managing, mentoring, and driving a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Executives, taking full ownership of targets, pipeline conversion, and call quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations, conduct morning huddles and monitor activity targets such as call volume, talk time and pitch quality.
• Mentor, train and coach a team of 8-10 reps, providing live call monitoring, joint calls and weekly 1-on-1 feedback.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, assist with high-value leads, complex objections and closing critical deals.
• Ensure zero lead leakage by managing lead distribution and adhering to follow-up SLAs.
• Maintain strict CRM hygiene, track call status, follow-up dates and deal stages, and analyse conversion metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Report daily sales metrics and performance updates directly to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of overall Inside Sales experience, including 1-2 years in a Team Lead role managing 8-10 reps.
• Background in Healthcare, HealthTech, hospitals, telemedicine, wellness or medical devices is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work 100 % onsite (Monday‑Saturday) and attend in-person interview rounds.
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and dialer software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience using dialer software for outbound calling.
