Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Dhiira Business Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to join its Goa office. You will manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and build lasting relationships with U.S. B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting to acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline through disciplined qualification, follow‑up, and opportunity management.
• Close profitable deals while keeping accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
• Maintain a championship mindset by continuously sharpening sales skills and raising team performance standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling to U.S.‑based B2B customers, preferably in logistics, freight, transportation, or SaaS.
• Consistent achievement of 120%+ sales quota and a track record of top‑5% performance.
• Proven ability to make 200+ outbound calls per day and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with U.S. market nuances.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) expertise.
• CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity management.
• Sales forecasting and reporting.

What we offer

• Total compensation of ₹21 LPA – ₹29 LPA (₹9 LPA fixed + ₹12‑20 LPA variable based on performance).
• Full‑time permanent role with relocation assistance.
• Work schedule: Mon‑Fri 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, alternate Saturdays for sales training (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
