Inside Sales Representative – Indian Market

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑powered recruitment platform looking to expand its go‑to‑market presence across India. As an Inside Sales Representative you will drive new business opportunities, engage with HR teams and decision‑makers, and help accelerate the adoption of Qureos’ hiring technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts in the Indian market using outbound sales techniques.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos and follow‑up meetings to showcase Qureos’ AI hiring solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align messaging and support post‑sale onboarding.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of inside sales, account executive, business development or closing experience in SaaS, AI, HRTech, recruitment or related tech sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals in high‑growth environments.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and experience selling to businesses or HR functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for calls, video meetings and email outreach.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoom.
• Ability to execute outbound sales campaigns and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
