Inside Sales Executive – Inbound Leads (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking a structured and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads for our Pune office. The role focuses on high‑quality lead qualification, rigorous CRM discipline, and consistent follow‑ups to ensure zero lead leakage across the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all inbound leads generated via website, campaigns, referrals and calls.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, timelines, budget and fit.
• Enter, enrich and maintain lead data in the CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce) with high accuracy.
• Conduct systematic follow‑ups through calls, WhatsApp and email, and share relevant sales collateral.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Manager based on geography and need.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure CRM hygiene at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead outcomes and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or lead qualification.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• High discipline in documentation, follow‑ups and CRM usage.
• Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound leads.
• Experience in B2B sales (industrial, services, machinery, SaaS) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
