About the role
The V.I.E Mechanical Studies Engineer will join Alstef Group’s project team in Pune, India, after a training period in France. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of automated solutions for airport, intralogistics and parcel‑sorting applications.
Key responsibilities
- Design locally adapted mechanical solutions for the project.
- Participate in technical meetings with the client.
- Assist on‑site implementation and supervise subcontractors such as building and platform works.
- Communicate site evolutions to the design teams in France.
- Prepare technical quality control (TQC) drawings and manufacturer manuals.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in mechanical design.
- Autonomous, proactive and strong relational skills.
- Curious, rigorous and able to work in an international environment.
- Adaptable to daily challenges in a multicultural setting.
