Infrastructure Operations Engineer

About the role

As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer at Plenit, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of the Plenit cloud platform in production. You will work in a hands‑on environment, handling incidents, improving operational procedures, and ensuring the platform runs reliably at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critical production infrastructure to guarantee uptime and performance.
• Lead incident response, perform technical diagnosis, and restore services quickly.
• Develop and refine runbooks, observability tools, and incident‑response processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to critical incidents outside regular hours.
• Contribute to capacity planning, system scaling, and production expansions following engineering guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, network, storage, and product teams to resolve cross‑functional issues and ensure smooth platform operations.

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience managing critical production environments.
• Strong operational mindset, comfortable working under pressure and taking ownership of incidents.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
