Infrastructure Operations Engineer (8+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer with at least 8 years of hands‑on experience to manage and support our enterprise‑wide infrastructure. The role covers administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, security and availability of core services such as Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, patching and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, NTP and Group Policy, including replication and authentication issues.
• Manage identity lifecycle (JML) and PKI/ADCS, and support Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Provision, configure, patch, harden and de‑commission Windows and Linux servers; monitor performance and capacity.
• Operate VMware and/or Hyper‑V environments, handling VM provisioning, migration, HA clusters and lifecycle management.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage, perform capacity planning, monitoring and performance tuning.
• Run enterprise backup and recovery platforms, conduct restores, testing and maintain DR documentation.
• Plan and execute monthly, emergency and security patch deployments; coordinate vulnerability remediation with security teams.
• Follow ITIL processes to ensure service availability, security and compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations within large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V) and storage technologies.
• Proven ability to manage Active Directory, PKI and privileged access solutions.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery and patch management processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
