Infra Specialist

About the role

The Infra Specialist will design, deploy, and maintain virtualized and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the organization. You will work with both on‑premises and public cloud platforms to support a wide range of infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments, including server provisioning and hardening.
• Maintain backup solutions (preferably Veeam) and execute restore operations.
• Manage Azure and AWS accounts, IAM policies, virtual machine deployments, networking, and monitoring.
• Configure Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and management.
• Deploy and manage endpoint detection and response tools such as Sophos and Microsoft Defender.
• Implement cloud security controls, access policies, and audit logging.
• Support Netskope SASE/SSE/DLP policies and endpoint integrations.
• Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 licensing, policies, and security settings.
• Configure and manage Checkpoint email gateway.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, backup, and cloud security concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with both Microsoft and third‑party security solutions.
