Industrial Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Industrial Trainee to join KPMG’s Risk Advisory finance team in Mumbai. The position is designed for candidates who have recently cleared the CA Foundation (2025) or both groups and wish to start a career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in risk assessment and compliance projects for clients in the financial services sector.
• Support the preparation of audit and advisory documentation, including data analysis and report drafting.
• Participate in client meetings and help gather information on business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing activities and research on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Completed CA Foundation (2025) or cleared both groups of the CA exam.
• Strong academic record with interest in finance, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and work in a professional services environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
