Industrial Electrician

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Industrial Electrician to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Hajipur, Bihar. You will ensure the electrical systems and equipment that power our production lines operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, PLC systems, VFDs, generators, compressors and other utility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical manuals for installation and modification tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with GMP, electrical safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control circuits and automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial electrical equipment such as motors, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, generators and compressors.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and electrical maintenance practices in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies.
