Inbound Sales Representative Associate (Voice)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will work in the Customer Support vertical, handling employee, customer and vendor queries, escalations and complaints while ensuring resolutions are delivered within SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound voice interactions (60‑70% of volume) and support tickets via email and chat.
• Resolve customer and employee issues, close faults and complaints within defined SLA.
• Handle escalations and provide effective, personalized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer or employee support, sales, or call‑center environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, logical thinking and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones (IST).
• Team‑oriented attitude and quick learning agility.
