About the role

Join Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations team as an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice. You will support customers, employees and vendors through a blend of phone, email and chat interactions, primarily serving the US market on a night‑shift schedule aligned with Indian Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries, escalations and complaints, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Close faults and complaints efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide support to employees and vendors of client organisations, delivering personalized service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following established guidelines and processes.
• Maintain high quality and compliance standards in a high‑volume contact‑center environment.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer or employee support, preferably in a call‑center setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for phone, email and chat interactions.
