Inbound Calling Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Calling Executive to join the Bharti AXA inbound calling process. The role involves answering customer calls, understanding their queries, delivering accurate information, maintaining detailed call records, and coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen to and resolve customer queries, providing up‑to‑date information.
• Maintain accurate call logs and records in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for follow‑up actions.
• Adhere to defined processes and uphold service quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Good listening and customer‑handling abilities.
• Basic computer and data‑entry knowledge.
• Ability to follow processes accurately and work in shift timings.
• Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

What we offer

• Salary range ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (in‑hand).
• Shift timings: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Fixed Sunday off.
• Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
