Identity and Access Management Consultant - SailPoint IIQ

About the role

EY is looking for consultants in its cyber security team to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for customers around the globe. The role sits in the IAM team and contributes to an IAM roadmap covering security requirements, secrets management, machine identity management and access policies. It is based in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Drive IAM projects including project management, team management and client management
• Report identified risks within engagements and share issues and updates with leadership on a timely basis
• Confirm work meets EY quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer
• Help create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members
• Contribute to the IAM roadmap, including implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience designing and deploying IIQ-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions
• Experience implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, from requirements gathering through to deployment and application support
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration and deployment
• Experience with source and identity profile configuration, transform and rule development, workflow configuration, JML processes and certification, password sync, and onboarding AD, JDBC and web service applications to IIQ/IDN
• Experience deploying virtual appliances, cloud and on-premise IQService, and configuring high availability/disaster recovery
• Hands-on experience with quick links, custom workflows, reports, service account management modules, integrations with tools such as ServiceNow and CyberArk, and plugin development
• Professional IT certifications are a plus; excellent verbal and written communication skills
