IAM Operations – Support Technician

About the role

Join EY's Information Security team as an IAM Operations – Support Technician. You will provide second‑ and third‑level support for a range of identity and access management tools, helping protect data and enable secure access for hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 technical support for IAM applications such as MS Access tools, PowerShell scripts, Power Platform, SailPoint IIQ, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Manage user and group lifecycle activities in Active Directory and cloud directories.
• Assist with single sign‑on (SSO), federation protocols, and policy‑driven security configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access‑related incidents across hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with global security teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Strong interest in information security and identity management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, security‑focused team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Access tool for shared folder management.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft Power Platform.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) user and group management.
• Experience with SSO and federation protocols.
