Hybrid Account Executive – Hiring & Learning Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Hybrid Account Executive to drive new business and manage existing client relationships for its Hiring and Learning Solutions portfolio. Based in Noida, you will work both from home and the LinkedIn office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver value to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid‑Market logos in emerging markets.
• Pitch LinkedIn Hiring and Learning Solutions to corporate prospects and existing customers.
• Generate accurate forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline visibility for management.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota while expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and share competitive insights with product and marketing teams.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and support regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of account management or field sales experience, preferably in SaaS or corporate solutions.
• Proven ability to sell to multiple business stakeholders and manage CXO relationships.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
