Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join Barbrik Transformers in Raipur to support day‑to‑day HR operations. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on onboarding, personnel record maintenance, benefits coordination and routine employee queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and accurate personnel records.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and address related queries.
• Support recruitment activities and organize training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to performance management processes and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards in a manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in core HR operations, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and labour‑law compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or other HR‑related software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
