Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will lead and transform HR Operations across Vikram Solar, ensuring robust governance, seamless employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and scalable HR systems. This role is critical for operational excellence in manufacturing plants, project sites, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Build a future‑ready HR Operations framework aligned to business growth and manufacturing scale‑up.
• Standardise and streamline HR processes across plants, sites, and corporate functions while driving continuous improvement and automation.
• Oversee high‑volume employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, separations) for corporate, plant, and project workforces.
• Lead end‑to‑end payroll for multi‑location workforce, ensuring 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act).
• Collaborate with Plant HR teams to enforce attendance, shift management, contractor compliance, and labour practices.
• Own and optimise HRMS adoption (Oracle / SAP or equivalent), enable self‑service, digitised workflows and real‑time dashboards.
• Develop and strengthen an HR Shared Services model with defined SLAs, TATs and service‑delivery benchmarks.
• Drive HR analytics, publish leadership dashboards and provide data‑backed insights for decision‑making.
• Manage vendors (payroll, background verification, insurance, contract workforce) and partner with Finance, Legal, SCM and Business Heads.
